February News ~ what's been happening at Home Farm
Well it wasn’t a white Christmas but as usual the snow waited until everybody went back to work or school and caused chaos for many, the wild rabbits liked the snow though. We managed to build a great snowdog, well my daughter did, she used dog biscuits for the eyes and nose though which never lasted long once Ted and Aston the black labs had sniffed them out. Still the snowdog survived intact until the snow finally melted. The Robin has been very active and the Blue Tits are back in abundance checking out the water pump their nest site from last year and a couple of the other nesting boxes hopefully we may get two families this year.
